Our shop produce milk cake which bake in Japanese style, the practice is totally all in handmade and real raw materials. In order to ensure the purity of milk cake, we bake it by using fresh milk without adding single drop of water. Yardley's roll emphasize on combination of dense cake and smooth fresh milk cream in Japanese style.
No fancy appearance, but a taste to see the different!
